Cancellation Policy

Please contact us by 4:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment if you wish to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations made after this time will be subject to the following cancellation fees.

  • Until 4:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment: No cancellation fee

  • After 4:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment through the day of your appointment: 50% of the treatment fee

  • No-show without prior notice: 100% of the treatment fee

【Changes to Your Appointment】

  • If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your treatment time may be shortened.
    Please note that the treatment fee will remain unchanged in such cases.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be considered canceled.
