Important Information and Contraindications
1. Confirmation and requests before treatment
Physical condition check upon arrival: All customers will be asked to check their physical condition upon arrival. We ask for your cooperation in order to receive treatment safely.
Regarding contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, we recommend that you remove them during facial treatments. If you need one, please bring your own contact lens case.
About makeup cosmetics after treatment:
Facial treatments are performed with makeup removed. If you wish to apply makeup after your treatment, please bring makeup supplies as necessary.
About the treatment:
Facial treatments are also available to male customers. Please note that body treatments are only available to female customers.
2. Contraindications (items for which the treatment will be refused or postponed)
For your safety, if any of the following contraindications apply, we may be unable to provide the treatment or may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Please also note that if a contraindication is identified upon your arrival and the treatment cannot be performed, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have any of the following skin symptoms or diseases, we may ask you to refrain from the treatment after checking your condition.
- Dermatitis (including atopic dermatitis)
- Various allergies (metals, aluminum, fragrances, cosmetics, etc.)
- You have symptoms such as skin irritation, eczema, redness, itching, or hives.
- Causes severe skin irritation
- Keloid constitution
- Facial paralysis (facial paralysis), facial neuralgia, or sensory neuropathy
- Using steroid hormones

- Darkening of the skin due to makeup rash
- If your skin is inflamed after excessive sunburn
- Burns, partial wounds

※If you have a partial scar or mild acne, we may be able to perform the treatment by avoiding the affected area or omitting some equipment and procedures after consultation.

- Heart disease (including those using medical electronic devices such as pacemakers)

- You are worried about your physical condition because you are visiting the hospital or taking medicine prescribed by your doctor.
- Visiting the hospital for high or low blood pressure
- Symptoms such as headaches and hot flashes

- Metal, plastic, or silicone in your body
